Our founding attorneys, Michael I. Gordon and Allan Heneson
Michael I. Gordon has been a practicing attorney since graduating from the University Of Baltimore School Of Law and passing the Maryland bar in 1959. Over the course of his career, he has focused his efforts on estate planning and administration and property and business law. A member of the Baltimore Estate Planning Council, the American Bar Association, and other peer legal organizations, Michael I. Gordon is admitted to practice in Maryland State and Federal Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Attorney Gordon was selected as a 2007 “Super Lawyer” in Estates and Trusts by attorneys, bar associate peers, and judges in Maryland. He is also one of only twelve attorneys in the State of Maryland selected to be a trustee of the Bar Associations’ Insurance Trust.
A principal of Gordon & Heneson, P.A. since 1979, attorney Allan Heneson was admitted to practice in 1960, when he received his degree from the University Of Baltimore School Of Law and passed the Maryland bar exam. Since that time, he has focused his practice on personal injury, workers' compensation, and family law. A member of the American Association for Justice (formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association), Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, and other peer legal organizations. Attorney Heneson is admitted to practice in Maryland State and Federal Courts, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
